While most shopping centers now conveniently call themselves "Town Centers", they usually lack an important element…the town.

Roseland’s center of town, including Old Town and North Park, exists for the same reasons that original centers of town were historically built, to take care of the daily needs of its citizens and to provide many of the jobs central to that town.
