Roseland has been carefully crafted to be a real community filled with neighborhoods built around the needs of those who live and work there. Each neighborhood reflects our goal of providing its residents with a balance of homes and open spaces, with connections to other neighborhoods and services that lie beyond.

Attention to neighborhoods involves every element of the landscape, from the streetscape to sidewalks to park access. It all matters in making a place worth calling home. To ensure the neighborhoods don’t leave anything out, we model each one to ensure that they fit the land on which they are built, and that they connect appropriately to the spaces beyond.
